Established in 1970 by my father, Earl Ring, deceased, who became the first full time process server in Yuma, Arizona. I, Russell "Rusty" Umbower, was first licensed in February 1981 and have been successfully serving process full time in Yuma County for over 27 years. Our third generation process server, Matthew Umbower, has been working with Yuma Attorney Service, LLC for 9 years. Our newest bilingual process server, Rolando Valdez has been with the company for 3 years. Rounding out our professional team is our office manager, Mrs. Ari-Shay Sierra, who has been with the company for 4 years, efficiently handles all office tasks.

The process servers working for our firm are all Arizona state certified and participate in continuing education classes to provide the best professional services to our clients.
